| Latest News Operational works and Bulk Excavation The Operational Works civil construction for the reconfiguration of lots was completed in mid 2009. This enabled the issue of the new titles in October 2009 to suit the future Village at Coorparoo development. The bulk excavation Operational Works application is due to be lodged with the Brisbane City Council in early February 2010. Subject to normal BCC approval lead times, this will enable the commencement of bulk excavation works for Stage 1 on site by late April/May 2010. Added: Friday, January 29, 2010 Design and Documentation The project team commenced detailed design on the approved Independent Living Units (ILU's) Stage 1 component of the project, following completion of the Reconfiguration of Lots in late 2009. The project is now in the Design Development phase, having successfully completed the Schematic Design project phase - which involved the production of all the marketing collateral for the project. The current design development phase includes the detail design of all major building construction elements. This project phase is currently on track for completion by early March 2010.
