After careful and considerate planning, The Village at Coorparoo will have two separate community facilities / centres.  At first the Village residents will have the Heritage listed ‘Erica’ building as their first community centre. The complete renovation of ‘Erica’ back to its original grandeur will happen in the first stage of the project:
 
The facilities to be provided to residents will include:

• Residents’ Lounge
• Reception area
• Sales Display Room
• Club Bar
• Kitchen and residents’ Dining Room
• Private Dining Room
• Coffee lounge
• Meeting rooms
• Library with internet access
• Billiard room
• Administration area

The second community centre is still under planning stages, and may consist of:

• A well stocked library. Not just books! Magazines, DVDs, CDs and more! The library is also the computer room.
• An indoor swimming pool will be wonderful for exercise and fun.
• Billiard’s room has snooker, pool and billiards.
• Games room
• The Village restaurant
• Barbecue areas make for good food, good company and family visits.
• Village bowls club, relax and unwind at the coffee shop!
• The Wellness Centre is home for our visiting Nurse. It is available for regular visits from Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Masseuses and Doctors.
• Theatre Room, with its big screen and comfy seating, it is the place to escape and relax.
• Hairdressing salon
• Club bar
